The HT Positional Form Saver is a simple and cost effective way of saving your formwork.
Sizes range from 16mm to 25mm.
The HT Positional Form Saver is used when installing an HT.P Positional Coupler which is suitable for connecting two bars where neither bar can be rotated and at least one bar can be moved.
The HT Positional Form Saver is used in conjunction with an HT Positional Male Right Hand Thread. Attached to a lap length or detailed into the rebar schedule, it is easily installed against the formwork. The design protects the male threads from any concrete contamination and is easily removed with the formwork.
When the formwork is removed, the HTP Form Saver needs to be removed. The HTP Female Coupler and Left-Hand Male Threaded Bar needs to be fastened as per HTP Installation Instructions.
When the formwork is removed, the HT Standard Form Saver is removed leaving the Female Coupler exposed to receive a male Threaded Bar.
