Thruty Sleeve
Rigid PVC tube of 2mm wall thickness, supplied in 2 metre and 3 metre lengths which can be easily cut to the required size. Used as an expendable sleeve over tie bolts, facilitating their removal and also acting as a spacer to ensure correct width of wall.

Thruty Cones
Used at the ends of the thruty sleeve and can be easily extracted after removal of the formwork, to form a chamfered recess for subsequent grouting.

90% Curing Efficiency Compound
A resin based compound to protect freshly placed or formwork cast concrete from excessive water loss during the critical hardening and curing period. Gives a curing efficiency of not less than 90%. Can be supplied clear or with a fugitive dye to assist in application. Will disperse within a few weeks of concreting by general weathering.

General Purpose Curing Compound
An aqueous solution of metallic silicates which form crystalline pore filling salts within the concrete surface. Once formed they reduce the loss of moisture and have the additional advantage of a surface hardening effect.

Frost Blankets
By using a closed cell polyethylene foam frost blanket, costly repairs to winter poured concrete can be avoided. Even in wet conditions thermal insulation is retained. The product has low thermal conductivity and virtually nil water absorption.

Fibre Board
